Robin has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1986. He is the owner/operator of Elford Group since its beginning in 1985. Robin has been completing appraisals in southern Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia since 1985.

Dawn has been a member of the AIC since 2010 and joined the Elford Group in 2011 and is working toward her AACI designation. She is highly experienced in completing high-end properties and relocation appraisals.
