Elford Appraisal Services Ltd. is always happy to speak with qualified candidates and experienced appraisers who are interested in appraising property in urban and rural settings.
We offer extensive on-the-job training and mentorship for those appraisers working toward the CRA or AACI designations.
Positions are on a contract basis with commission based remuneration.
All candidates and designated appraisers must meet the educational requirements set out by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and must register with the AIC and Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
